BUILDING SPECIFICATIONS
FOUNDATIONS: Continuous slab of reinforced concrete.
STRUCTURE: Reinforced concrete with unidirectional forging and antiseismic calculations.
FAÇADE: Double hollow brick, ended with “monocapa”, layer of polyurethane foam, air chamber and again double hollow brick.
ROOF: Inclined reinforced slab, thermic insulation with layer of polyurethane foam, layer of cement mortar compression, asphalt emulsion and finished in old-looking Arab roofing tile.
EXTERIOR CARPENTRY: Bronze aluminium, double windowpanes with air chamber (6-8-4). Bronze aluminium blinds with internal thermic insulation, motorized in living room and main bedroom.
INTERIOR CARPENTRY: Shielded security door with security lock. The rest of the doors are painted in white or varnished. Built-in wardrobes with shelves and drawers, and doors painted like the rest of the doors.
SANITARY WARE: Vitrified porcelain in soft colour (Roca or similar). Single lever mixer (Roca or Grohe). Hydromassage bathtub in main bathroom. Washbasins fitted on marble.
PLUMBING: Cold and hot water copper pipe. Drainpipes entirely in PVC. Electric water heater for 150 liters.
HEATING: Cold and heat pump.
AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM: Thermostat in living room and bedrooms.
ELECTRICITY: High degree of electrification. Mechanisms by Niessen. Preinstalled wiring for HIFI equipment in living room and bedrooms. Centralized cleaner.
INTERIOR FINISHINGS: Flooring in cream marble placed in square with perimetric ornamental border. White marble in living room. Entrance hall and bedrooms in cream marble. Kitchen and laundry with ceramic material of stoneware type. Main bathroom with marble plates and secundary bathrooms tiled up to 140 cm. with high stone tiles (11 x 11 cm.) and plastic painting until the ceilings. Mirror fit in wall in both bathrooms. Main terraces with ceramic material of stoneware type placed in square with ornamental border. Marble skirting board. Walls and ceilings in plain plastic painting.
